The staff if impossible and don't be at all surprised if your paperwork goes missing. And yes, they have lost my paperwork causing delays and asking me to drive them a new copy so they can fill out the insurance forms. The doctor is great, but you will face a great deal of frustration working with the staff. Won't answer phone calls, and very inefficient. I can never get ahold of doctor to get a prescription filled it takes days b4 they respond to a messages I have left on their voice recorder asking them to call my pharmacy
Don't bother signing on as a patient because when Tallahassee and I are done with her she won't be practicing medicine any longer. THE most unprofessional and inept staff (except for one person) ever to disgrace the medical profession. Put up with their act because they're close by but this last week to ignore and then lie about a prescription for a 92 year old patient with pneumonia was the last straw. Totally unethical. Shameful.
