Very kind and helpful receptionist girl, she was patient and not mind explaining any details. Its better to book an appointment because the clinic is small and there is only 1 doctor with the receptionist. Everything is clean. The biggest pros I like about this place is affordable price (compare to other locations in New York). Will come back because I trust her.
I’ve been referring her for more than two years. She was nice and okay but i don’t know how there system works. The receptionist barely answer the call and even if answer, acted like I don’t care. I’ve been waiting for my report for so long thinking they’ll call when they received my report but NO. They did received my report but never called or nothing. They’re so careless about patient.
I’ve been with Dr.Japi for many years and not once I had a problem and the bad reviews some people wrote are very strange , It’s for sure the people have a problem not the Doctor , who has so much patience, listen and explains, when you ask her something and just , because people want things their way..🙄🙄🙄 referrals she gave me for anything I needed was always good . Better than other doctors in the area .
