Horrible experience. By the doctor’s mouth came out this to her receptionist: “we need to collect money before the patient comes in”. Went for some tests that needed to get gone, cause by phone they couldn’t give me an estimated of the whole price and told me the best option would be talk with the doctor on person, so i did. Very kind and helpful receptionist girl, she was patient and not mind explaining any details. Its better to book an appointment because the clinic is small and there is only 1 doctor with the receptionist. Everything is clean. The biggest pros I like about this place is affordable price (compare to other locations in New York). Will come back because I trust her.

I’ve been referring her for more than two years. She was nice and okay but i don’t know how there system works. The receptionist barely answer the call and even if answer, acted like I don’t care. I’ve been waiting for my report for so long thinking they’ll call when they received my report but NO. They did received my report but never called or nothing. They’re so careless about patient.
