My wife's had a 2pm appt. She got there at 130pm, filled out forms and then sat for an hour as she watched others walk in and be taken to the back. She questioned the receptionist who told her that all those folks had appts before hers (this was at 250pm, her appt was at 2pm). They finally took her to a room and at 330pm she called me cause she was still waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous. No small written sign stating that wait times can be long excuses all these other folks entering and leaving before she was seen. It'... read more
The staff may be a wonderful and 100%. However, the waiting time is sucky. Appointment at 3:00 8:00 is 4:30 and we waiting in the patient's room for another. God knows how long.

If I could give a -5 star I would for Dr. Ramaiah. Very cold and no attention to detail. Completely missed my gallbladder symptoms and blamed my symptoms on gas. After being hospitalized she came to my room and introduced herself to me and had no clue she had done my colonoscopy and endoscopy just 4 months earlier. No excuse for this terrible lack of care.
I would never go back to her she shouldn't even got her license rude women 🤬
