I had an appointment only waited maybe 20 mins past my appointment time before being seen. I was very please on how well the appointment went. I am also happy that she is located right behind the surgical center.
My wife's had a 2pm appt. She got there at 130pm, filled out forms and then sat for an hour as she watched others walk in and be taken to the back. She questioned the receptionist who told her that all those folks had appts before hers (this was at 250pm, her appt was at 2pm). They finally took her to a room and at 330pm she called me cause she was still waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous. No small written sign stating that wait times can be long excuses all these other folks entering and leaving before she was seen. It'... read more
The staff may be a wonderful and 100%. However, the waiting time is sucky. Appointment at 3:00 8:00 is 4:30 and we waiting in the patient's room for another. God knows how long.
