Dr. Lai is the most knowledgeable and empathetic dentist I have ever met . I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary dental specialist. I used to dread going to a dentist appointment before , I was always so full of anxiety. Since Dr. Lai is my dentist going for a dentist appointment is a delight. Also her wonderful assistant Betty is very knowledgeable and empathetic as well and has a very awesome personality!
