Terrible receptionst!!! I agree with the other poster Ines Toledo. I just walked out of their office today after having a horrible experience with the receptionist. She was rude & acted like I was bothering her. I came in asking questions about a HIPPA form for my son's accommodations. She had her arms crossed & kept avoiding my gaze by turning her head away. I normally don’t do this, but the experience I’ve had with this doctor—specifically with the new secretary—has been catastrophic. They never call you to give you results, they don’t confirm appointments, and they don’t call to let you know if your child’s physical is ready. It’s always the patient who has to keep calling insistently to find out. The secretary is very rude, and the doctor never seems to have time to complete physical forms.
