Dr Tarr is great! She was able to get me right away and complete a full eye exam. I felt so comfortable the entire time. She is the best! Highly recommended!
Initial prescription caused issues. Was rude and unhelpful when getting it reassessed.
I had the best experience here. It was a busy day and Dr. Tarr was patient and calm and caring. She made me feel “at home” and also at ease. I am impressed with the level of service and attention and am looking forward to all my future visits.
Receptionist is very rude, received a call regarding my moms upcoming appointment. Was informed about a fee which my mom did not have to pay before, I told her I would call her back as I had to inform my mom regarding the new fee. She told me I had to let her know right away. I was at work and did not finish until 8pm she went ahead and stated she would cancel the appointment. Keep in mind her appointment was in 6 days but due to holiday office was closed. No a reflection of the doctor who I didn’t get the chance to see, because a last minute cancellation. On the other hand,the receptionist was not nice at all, when I went there to make my appointment, she was very rude and condescending. Even when she called to cancel the appointment, didn’t even made an effort to accommodate me for a sooner day. Right away she pushed me a few weeks away, when I already waited a couple.
