Dr. Vanderzwaag takes the time to truly listen and offers practical solutions before pumping you full of meds. From my first appointment with her I was impressed. Very thankful she was taking new patients at the time I needed a new doctor!
Dr. Bethany was first my obgyn 22 years ago, now she is my children’s doctor as well as myself. You will never find a more caring and concerned Doctor. We love this Doctor office, as my twin 6 year old son says.
I think seen her one time worst dr I have ever had. She wanted an MRI and said she wanted it done in South Bend but kept sending order to open and wide in Elkhart and I was told every time to cancel with Elkhart and schedule with south bend so I did so on the day I was supposed to go I got a call saying the doctor should have called me to let me know I was scheduled for Elkhart because she didn't get authorized from insurance to change locations of MRI nurses was rude and stated it was a comical error. Bethany Vanderzwaag & her office are incompetent & lack empathy. She is completely set on defending her staff without knowing the facts & shows zero concern for the health of her patients. I was delayed several days receiving my prescription due to her inability to effectively navigate mychart for a simple change of pharmacy. Marcy should not be allowed to work in the healthcare industry AT ALL.
