I feel blessed to have the help of Dr. Elbert. She is thoughtful, thorough, a good listener, and possesses a wonderful sense of humor. Thus far, I have found the staff attentive and helpful.
After less than a year we are moving to another PCP. Dr Elbert and/or Colonial Internal Medicine does not follow up on portal communications or phone messages. Husband/I have gone to ER, walk-in clinics and/or other physicians due to lack of ANY responses from Dr E. We reviewed our issues during our check-ups but nothing got better.
