Dr. Del Savio is very friendly as well as her nurse and office staff. She is very efficient and always on time.
My son has cystic acne. She told me creams would not work and prescribed amoxicillan. I thought she had a degree in this. I highly do NOT recommend.

It is true that creams do not help cystic acne in most cases. Since you gave only your first name, I cannot know for sure who your son is. However, amoxicillin is often used successfully to treat cystic acne. I have probably also talked to him about other options, such as accutane. I always leave the option for questions at the end of the appointment, and if you were there, I wish you had questioned me then instead of in a public forum. Would be glad to discuss further.
