I have severe respiratory chronic illness and I'm not a medicaid patient. I am self pay. Dr Engebretsen refused my prednisone .5 daily and reversed to Qvar and Albuterol that has never been satisfactory. The only quality of life I had was the one year on prednisone. Many respiratory and arthritic patients have taken prednisone for most of their life.
