Amazing doctor overall. Super knowledgeable of course, has friendly bedside manners, and he knows what the hell he’s doing to put it plainly. Dr. Bertot performed an AC joint surgery on me, level 4 out of 6 in severity separation injury - both arthroscopic and open reduction was done back in early 2022. Trying to make an appointment with Dr Bertot n there’s no answer for 2 days. They called me back n I wasn’t available, I guess one needs to be available on their time. Terrible first impression. Sad because the reviews talk so nicely about Dr Bertot
