Run far away. Danielle is their only redemption. The office is horrible. Unresponsive, rude, disrespectful. Impossible to connect with anyone half the time. I've been hung up on, lied to, etc. Been on the same meds for years and now I'm being told to try to wean off. That's not how mental illness works. It doesn't go away. Just totally ridiculous, horrible experience all around.

As a fellow mental health professional, I contacted Dr. Desir about a patient of his who presented to me as imminently suicidal. I am the Social Worker at this patient’s primary care doctor’s office – I have had no previous history with this patient and contacted his psychiatrist, Dr. Desir, for support and guidance. Dr Desir’s office is likely to be the worst run medical office you will ever come across - you are almost guaranteed to wait 2-3 hours for your appointment and with rare exception the staff could not care less or be more incompetent. I have had multiple prescriptions called in incomplete or wrong - do yourself a favor and find any other doctor.
