I am so upset. Last week, after many good visits, I called to say that I was in a lot of pain. I am not a good client. I have a deep and dark depression and high anxiety. I have tried to be as honest as I can with the team. With my mental health and addiction choices. So last week I called, got an appointment right away. I have an infection. I have been a patient of Berta Bacic for close to ten years and love the treatment I get from her and from the team at reception. My daughter even enjoys going to see her for her dental appointments.
The staff here are amazing as is DR. Berta Bacic. I started seeing DR. Bacic in Burlington, ON and was very grateful that she also had an office in Toronto. What a relief to my young daughter that she would not have to change dentists with our move.
