During my first appointment with Dr Blackwell I have to say I am underwhelmed by his treatment and (lack of) compassions for me. He refused to begin to understand my condition and accused me of doing something I did not do. In the end he ghave me a med script that I didn't ask for and ensured I would be finding another more compassionate and caring physician. The PA-C Brant Turner must be a student of dr Blackwell as he is the same way from my experience.

I have been going for a few years and have always been treated very well! The staff is always helpful and friendly and my only problem right now is that because my regular dr left I’ll be seeing a new dr this time. As long as you take your meds the right way and don’t fail a drug test, which they give every 3-6 months you shouldn’t have any trouble...just take your meds right and don’t do any illegal drugs! You never know when you will get tested. They do X-rays and nerve conduction tests there and have a pharmacy on sight.

No, they were on time Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, they have a great website and are present in many online directories Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Had an appointment for 4-6-12 for 0920 with Dr Holdren. arrived early as usual only to be told that my wife's appt was on 4-10-12 at 940 and Dr Holdren never worked on friday's. Well I went home and retrieved the appt card, arrived back to this place only to be told that if I had told them that my wife sees a PA also vice the Doctor she would have been seen. I'm looking for another Pain Manager

Kind of, but not very much Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes, they could have waited Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude
