I went with my best friend/ took him, he was having trouble filling out the computer app for the office/ so a lady came out and asked him questions/ filled out a paper with all his information, she was very nice, very professional!!! Then he went back inside the office area! They took a bi-opsey of a placeon his face, he said there was no pain and they were very thorough with their questions/ their cleanliness! I love Dr. Berrios. He is very empathetic and answers all of your questions. I wrote a list of questions for him regarding my condition and he asked to see the list. He thoroughly answered all of my concerns. I didn't feel rushed and felt like he truly listened to me. He is one of the first physicians that I truly trust.
