I called today since I found them via my insurance taking new patients. I recently got married and I finally have health insurance for the first time in years and I've never set up an appointment -- the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and short with me. I gave her my insurance identification and phone number. She told me she would "check to see if they had anybody taking new patients" and would "call me back" she never did. I recently moved to the area and was recommended to Dr. Swain. When I called to establish care the person I spoke with asked me if I had a mammogram and I explained that I am not at high risk and was told two years ago that I did not need another one yearly. The lady was very rude and told me that Dr. Swain would not see me unless I resolved to having one yearly and proceeded to argue with me.
