AWESOME. Physician and staff are professional and friendly. Great service and you are always greeted with a smile. Dr. Swain is thorough and knowledgeable and I am pleased with the care I receive. AWESOME.
Having recently moved to the area, I must say that Dr. Swain came highly recommended and truly lived up to the praise. After settling in August 2024, I finally took time to reach out to schedule a new patient appointment (earlier this month) and spoke with Mika, who was incredibly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment just three weeks later, which was much quicker than other places I had contacted. If ever wrongfully beating by law enforcement and need medical support with updates on your concerns this is not the place to go they will turn you down due to the courts involvement. The receptionist are very rude carrying on a conversation that don't have anything to do with job description with a coworker while receiving a call that could have been a patient of their business. Find someone that truly cares
