This office was very nice in the beginning.They took my 100 dollars easy for custom inserts. I never heard back for months on results,I kept calling and calling and the secretary kept promising to find out what was going on with the inserts.After a fustrating 6 month to 8 month wait finally they admitted to making a mistake on submitting paper work the insurance needed.I kept calling the insurance and they kept sayi g they were eaiting for the office to send over paper work.Then at the appointment they did not tell me I owed... read more
