If I can give a negative review I would ! And where to begin, this office does not care about their patients at all. My mom was visiting them for a knee fracture, confirmed by an X-ray, and they refused to do surgery. Instead they gave her injections to help. 7 of them ! Even after we said it does not work. The front office is even worst! They basically told us if we don't like it to F* off, we can go somewhere else. This office does not care about their pts. The worst office ever with the worst workers and doctors ever!!!! They are all rude and irresponsible. For my urgent surgery of the knee they didn't do anything for two weeks until I contacted them again. They also don't like to fill aout paperwork that you need. Don't go there if you care about yourself. The only thing they care is money. By the way they will charge you $50 to fill out papers for your work.
Dr. Nersissian's office is definitely 5 stars in my book. Let's face it, having a broken ankle sucks! I feel that Dr. Nersissian and his entire staff has always treated me with respect and provided me with great service and most importantly, treating my ankle injury. I would highly recommend Dr. Nersissian and his team. I give Beno Nersissian Inc. 5 stars!
Very bad doctor.Never try to go there...I will complain to medical board.
