I had three colonoscopy with Dr. Plotnick and each time I had no issues. He did a great job. I would continue going back to him.
HORRIBLE INTERACTION. NO HELP. JUST A 20 minute call where he said eat better and then charged over $200 for it. This place does NOT let you know upfront that you are paying for this POOR QUALITY of service. They are pathetic and will play phone tag and avoid directly helping you with billing info. Their customer service is passable but their management can go. You will NEVER get my money again.
