Dr. Grimm and his entire staff were nothing short of amazing. I was met with professionalism every step of the way, from the office staff to the surgical team. Every step was explained several times to assure I was comfortable. The follow up was just as impressive. I received numerous emails and phone calls following up. I had unbelievable bad pain in my right shoulder and arm. I thought it was a torn rotator cuff but it turned out to be a bulging disk. Dr. Grimm did a fantastic job first understanding my issue and explaining it to me and then performing the Anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) surgery to fuse C5-C6-C7.
