Worst experience ever! He was so annoyed about my having anxiety about having a tooth pulled. He just wants patients put under. I said I’m only a bit anxious about the needles. He JAMMED that needle in, about 4 times in a row up my gums. No bedside manner. No compassion. Then his assistant Patty had to hold my head so he could reef on my tooth. Absolutely worst dental office you could possibly go to in the entire Cambridge/Kitchener-Waterloo region! One star is even generous. They tried to scam me into thinking I had a 5th wisdom tooth, and charge me almost triple the cost of what most places would charge. They showed me a false x ray THAT WASNT EVEN MINE! Absolutely terrible staff, rude receptionist and they love to cancel your appointment over and over again. I wouldn't even trust them ordering my lunch, left alot do any kind of oral care on me.
