It is so good to find an amazing place to be cared for, especially if the care is for the most precious thing you have: your kid! Dr. Teller and his staff have been caring for my son for over 2 years, and I couldn’t be happier, dealing with a toddler is not easy but they manage to do an exceptional job each time. They are always ready to help, and are always so patient. I am so thankful for having Dr. Teller, Naomi and everyone else involved in my son’s care. Keep up the amazing work.
They NEVER answer the phone. Honestly these guys are a joke. You call and call and they never pick up. Actually one time they did and some woman shouted at me "please hold" - and then I stayed on hold for THIRTY MINUTES, before I gave up. SUCH. BAD, SERVICE.
I recently visited Dr. Teller for a routine eye exam, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Teller was incredibly professional and took the time to explain every step of the exam, making sure I felt at ease throughout the process.
