I saw Dr. Raile recently for a procedure. He put my mind at ease, explained the procedure in detail, was very kind and caring. Afterwards he explained his findings, took his time, answered my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or like he was bothered. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend him.
I had my first consultation today with Dr Raile. He listened to my input and I really like the fact that he clearly communicated his reasoning behind the testing he recommended. I feel confident under his care.
Dr. Raile and Hillmont GI are an excellent GI office/doctor and provides very professional, friendly and courteous service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been going to this practice for several years and have no hesitation about continuing with this office. Dr. Raile always takes time to answer any questions and explain anything I might not understand. The office staff has always been very courteous and friendly.
Dr. Raile has been very professional and compassionate with my condition, which is certainly uncomfortable and sort of embarrassing. He is doing everything he can to help me. Everyone in the office is competent and efficient. I have seen a lot of improvement and am hoping for more good results.
I felt absolutely horrible with stomach pains when I came in today. I was worried it was the ulcer but Dr. Raile felt strongly that it more likely was a Gastroenteritis. Everyone in the office from the girl who checked me in to the aide who took my blood pressure and walked me to the room could not have been nicer. Dr Raile spent adequate time with me and I didn’t feel rushed.
I was early and expected to wait for appointment time. I was taken back and weighed etc . Dr Raile & all the staff was very pleasant, efficient and I was out of there earlier than expected.
This was the first opportunity I had to meet Dr. Raile and found him to be very user-friendly. He explained what he thought caused the ulcer and felt that if Dr Teterka had suspected cancer he would have done further biopsies. He explained that I will be on a proton pump inhibitor for quite a while. I scheduled The follow up upper Endoscopy and the follow up appointment with Dr. Raile and I left the office with a good feeling.Merry Christmas
Dr. Raile explains the procedure so you understand everything and asks if you have questions. I did and he patiently answered them for me. The staff was really great even though today they were busier than I have ever seen this office; things were hopping!
Dr. RAILE WAS VERY EFFICIENT WHEN ANSWERING ALL MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS WITH MY ONGOING TREATMENTS AND CONDITONS CONCERNING BARRETTS DISEASE AND H-POLI. I WAS NOT RUSHED AND FELT GREAT AFTER LEAVING MY VISIT.
