Very impressive first visit. Dr. Crane examined my back and was incredibly polite and informative talking me through my options moving forward.
It was amazing
He wouldn’t even let me speak without cutting me off. He speaks extremely quick, so on top of it being hard to understand him, you feel rushed and brushed off. It was apparent that he had his mind set on what he was willing to do, before even speaking to me. He diagnosed me as being in good shape based solely off of an x-ray, insinuated that I exaggerated my pain level, and put in a prescription for pain pills. Dr. Crane is a living example of someone who is smart enough to be a physician, but lacks the character traits of a good physician. I was a previous patient of Dr.Otis , who is now retired. I was suggested to him as one of the physicians who took over in her place (from a patient standpoint there is no comparison between the two). After waiting for more than 30 min, he spend less than 3 min with me. He is rude, and doesn’t care. Will not recommend him to anybody.
