Dr. Bell is the most thorough doctor I've ever met. During the stay of a family member at St. Lukes, he took the time to get to know who she was. Most other doctors are busy and don't have the time to talk about the goals of patient care, but Dr. Bell does an absolutely wonderful job with that. I would recommend him and St. Lukes Hospital to everyone.
