I've been coming to Downtown Dental for almost 5 years now. It's a nice, modern office, easy to get appointments, never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes after I arrived, Dr. Berschler and his assistants are friendly and good at what they do, and the girls at the front desk are courteous and friendly too. What more can you ask from a dental office? I'll keep coming here.
On time! Friendly and knowledgeable technician who helped me. Never had a bad experience here and it's downtown so I can go on my lunch hour. They have parking validation too!

Have been going here for a few years now. Love that I always have the same dental hygienist and how they always start on time! My hygienist always explains to me what she is done my and why as well as compares her current assessment with past. Very professional!

Disappointed with the lack of integrity, lack of empathy. I experienced 3 different Orthodontists, now they're on their FOURTH. I should have transferred when the 2nd one told me the first one did a poor job. I stuck around, because I paid over $4500 up front. I kept up my end of the bargain and they did not. My treatment plan has been changed so many times because of their Ortho turnover, each one blaming the last ones work. Now that I'm finally leaving, they feel they don't owe me anything.
