Showed up to my appointment and was told I cannot have teeth cleaned unless I have xray. Last time I had it was in 2022. Great bundle purchase offer feeling like I’m in Hermes. I have no problem no aching but must spend $300+ or they don’t want my visit today. Ok bye
I had many awful experiences at this office. Ben Lu was really rude and condescending to me. There was so much to dislike. The worst thing that happened was when he shot me up with epinephrine without even discussing it with me. My heart started beating frantically out of nowhere, and I had no idea why. I thought I was having a heart attack. The next time I went to the dentist, I had some extreme anxiety and wanted to run away the entire time. I will never go back.
Dr. Lu is talented and knowledgeable. His team is also efficient and supportive. The clinic is always clean and well lit.
The team at Dr. Lu's is very attentive and goes the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable when I come in for check ups. The rooms are clean and the front office is clean. I'm happy with the care I receive here. I feel like Dr. Lu listens and takes time to properly educate me.
