As a new patient, I made an appointment 2 months ago for a Saturday morning appointment. Now I'm waiting in the parking lot because the office is closed and no one is answering the phone. They could have at least called to cancel my appointment so I wouldn't waste an hour of time I could have spent with my daughter. Thank you!
