Always a good visit. Explains every thing so I can understand it. I feel at ease and can ask questions knowing I’ll get either a yes or no and that is why I feel comfortable. Wouldn’t change him for anything.
Full disclosure: I am a retired health care provider and I’m not easy to please when it comes to health matters and such. Stepping into Dr. Benjamin Nichol's office is like entering a modern oasis of calm amidst the hustle of the traffic. The spacious waiting area, flooded with natural light, immediately put me at ease. Dr ben nichols is a very good listener. He is thorough in taking a medical history & informative about his plan of care..a delightful fellow..
Dr. Nichols took biopsy he said looked like skin cancer. Never received call with results from Dr. or office as promised. Called them and was told they would call the following week. Once again they never called. Called them again following week and was told biopsy was indeed skin cancer. Dr. Nichols never even bothered to call and patient had to chase down results. When expressed this concern to Dr. Nichols office their reply was they are "understaffed." Can't recommend this dermatology office based upon how they treat pati... read more
