Excelente trato, siempre al pendiente de los pacientes en el especial la manager Lizbeth que es muy amable y servicial. Y tambien la enfermera Jackie muy atenta y amable.
Dr Fano is a great Dr. He did listen to me about my concerns. However I have been waiting almost a month for a prior authorization on a medication. With the technology WE HAVE TODAY no ONE should have to wait a month for a prior authorization. Also in the lobby the sitting area is horrible if you have back problems good luck getting up off the couch's and love seat. I myself had to stand the majority of the time I was waiting to see DR FANO. THEY NEED TO BE CHAIRS IN THE LOBBY. NOT EVERYONE CAN GET OFF THE COUCHES.

I see it’s very common in overbooking patients here in the valley,what that tells me is,GREED,Dr Fano is a good doctor,it’s everything else,I waited for almost 2 hours for a consultation,,not worth it, then why make appointments,or we just pick on who we want to see??And then your staff says it’s normal to wait for 2 hours,really??There are better doctors out there that’s more organized and cares for everyone , or just certain people
