Horrible horrible experience, the receptionist was very nice including the girl on the inside but the dentist himself was utterly despicable , the job was okay but he was overly rude and disrespectful. Fluids spilled on my face and on my arm which I tried to show them but they didn’t care or even bother to wipe it down, he did his job too quickly and also spoke so quickly and didn’t bother to listen to what I had said while responding in a mocking tone making me severely uncomfortable. Dr. Benjamin Ho is a good doctor, but his partner is not because she is too violent to my mom, which made her feel pain, but I don't feel it. I will still come back for the teeth washing service, but I hope your partner will be gentle to all your patients.
With dr ho for 8 years, service is second to none. He cares about people, and fee is very reasonable. Reception name is Lily, kind and friendly, I have bad experience with most doc’s receptions but she def is the best of the best. I am just a loyal patient, not Dt’s friend or family making this up!
