Charged me for an in office visit office visit to read lab results which were supposed to be part of my annual physical exam. Crazy part was this was an online virtual visit that was told to be part of annual physical examination covered by insurance. Usually doctors change the billing code when they incorrectly applied it. Not to be the case by Dr Cox. When contacted, hidden behind administrators and unresponsive.
