The reception team and nurse are all excellent, friendly, kind and professional. Dr Carew has managed to do what no other dermatologist has been able to and due to his great care I am no longer in daily pain. His treatment has been a life saver for me and all served up with good wit and humour. Thank you team!
Reception staff friendly & helpful. Dr Carew was able to fix both my hands and both feet which were full of split, dry & bleeding skin. I had tried in the vicinity of 20 different creams marketed as extremely dry skin type creams including several steroid creams to no avail. My feet were bleeding with every step I took. Dr Carew was approachable and explained what his plan was & it has been life changing. I got my quality of life back & am so thankful. Free parking is available off Stafford Rd out the front of his clinic.

I was disappointed to be advised by Dr Carew’s receptionist that, despite my history of melanoma with metastasis and a rare precancerous skin condition, I was not eligible to see Dr Carew for review at my GP’s request. I understood that it may be the case that he is currently unable to take new patients, however not that I could also not be placed on his waiting list.
There is a consistency with the patient reviews of Dr. Benjamin Carew and I share their point of view that this exceptional medical practioner balances and prioritises time within his consultations to ensure his patient is given a methodical approach to treatment and understanding of such treatment .
