Dr. Johnson is quite amazing, he always listens to my full concerns and then make his recommendations. He hasn’t been wrong in the 6 years I have been seeing him!
His phone staff very nice and accommodating to their patients. Highly recommend. He did a wonderful job on my nose with a follow-up. That's when I was greeted by the front desk. I rarely give poor reviews but his front desk were totally inconsiderate and arrogant.too bad because he is a good Doctor. The surgery center was the one of the best I've ever been to. I hope he fires his front desk and hires better workers to greet patients . Put a camera in there and see how rude they are .

With this office, I really wish I could give it zero stars because the staff is very unprofessional and probably the rudest interaction I have ever had with any doctors office. No matter what the situation is, the front desk is always rude and I would never recommend anybody with that type of disrespect. Doctors office I believe that they should be caring and helpful and they just are not. I will make it my personal journey to make sure nobody has to deal with that again.
