I was a new patient who was referred to an ENT due to constant sore throats and hoarseness. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me and took me to the exam room right away. Dr. Johnson entered the room, shook my hand and explained the procedure very well. When it was over, after explaining what he observed, with concern, I was given a plan for treatment. I appreciate Dr. Johnsons manner, his approach and professionalism. I recommend this office for any ENT concern.
Dr Johnson and staff were great! The appointment was swift, everything was explained to me, and most importantly Dr. Johnson successfully treated an issue I've been struggling with for decades. I'm very pleased with the experience.
Went to Doctor Johnson cause I still had a sinus infection. He gave me a anabiotic that a Bad reaction to my stomach. I called the office on Friday. They told me that he was in surgery and that he would prescribe another anabiotic on Monday on Tuesday. I called them again and told him that he had not given me another antibiotic and then my symptoms were returning. They said they would send another note to him and still out today Friday, March 20. He has not responded terrible doctor terrible bedside manner.
