Dr Busfield was very nice , it was a quick appointment.
Seems like a very competent doctor, but if you leave a phone message with the answering service, don’t ever expect a return call. They have never returned a call to me or my spouse. I was in recently and another patient was complaining about the same issue.
I felt blown off a few times and was told my shoulder probably doesn't reflect what the MRI said because I'm "too young." I was scheduled to have surgery on a Monday and they cancelled the Friday before at my Pre-Op appointment. They told me it was my fault because I take pain meds daily for my back, and they weren't "prepared to prescribe me medication".
