I wanted to share my concerns regarding my experience as a new patient with Dr. Benjamin Browning’s office. I have now had two appointments scheduled, and unfortunately, both were cancelled. The first appointment was cancelled approximately an hour before it was scheduled, he had to go to surgery and I initially learned of the cancellation through MyChart, followed by a voicemail and then I actually called an spoke with a lady. My wife has had two appointments with his doctor and both of them canceled. Today is for a meeting. The Dr office is two days here in Leland and then in Shallotte as well. During these cancellations there was no offering of taking an appointment at a different location. Just pure cancellations. My recollection is it two weeks for her to get in for this appointment. Then it took another two weeks for her to schedule the second appointment and now her next appointment is one week out. Very disappointing to say the least.
