Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. Yes, they answered my call right away Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected
