Been going to Dr. Behroozan for 5 years in Santa Monica. This is a busy office, but I’ve not had to wait much longer than any other doctor’s office. He and his staff care and do take time to listen and be accurate.
I had an appointment scheduled 3 months in advance and yet had to wait over 1 hour to be seen. I am adopted with no medical background and wrote it all over my paperwork yet had to explain 5 times my reason for the visit including the doctor. I was supposed to get a referral to see cardiologist and after 2 months I am still waiting! I’ve called, emailed, and even went back to the office with no one taking accountability. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to after seeing him. He was so offensively cold and rude. He was horrible with LGBT issues. He didn't even do a full physical because he was too rushed (after I waited for 2 hours). Never have I seen a worst doctor. Go to anyone but him!!
Dr. Behroozan is an excellent primary care physician that listens to and really cares about his patients. His kind and caring manner makes medical procedures easier. He diagnosed a thyroid condition that other doctors missed for years and he is open to natural and holistic approaches only prescribing medications when absolutely necessary.
My name is Rocky for the last 7 years Dr. Benjamine is my internal doctor but for family and friends that I introduced ranges between 7 to 2 years we all have enjoyed his targeted diagnosis with excellent accuracy his staff are friendly and professional specially if pharmacy delays to fill out, they get on the phone themselves and call with reference name, so matter gets resolved on the spot
I have had this doctor for over 2 months. I have been lied to from the doctors office staff. They had the gall to be prejudice with me. Office has a switch to flip the phones off and send calls to a voicemail that doesn't work. The staff is very very rude and unnerving with patients. Besides them making me take to the internet I would never ever recommend this office of staff to anyone including my worst enemy.
Benjamin Behroozan, MD is a HORRIBLE doctor. He does not care about him patients and have NO bed side manner. It is sad that he just is in it for the money and does not even show an ounce of care. DO yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this entire practice.
