Had to undergo multiple procedures at the same visit and the entire staff including Dr. Bassett were extremely friendly and welcoming and most importantly helpful!
Update (4 months later after my second procedure): I wanted to follow up on my original review after completing additional work with Dr. Benjamin Bassett, and my experience has continued to be outstanding. From the moment I walked into the office, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by the front desk staff—especially Ashley and Norma—whose friendly smiles made me feel comfortable right away.
