Si necesitan perder tiempo, los invito a pedir cita. Viernes estube 3 horas y nunca pude ver al doctor, tuve que cancelar y reagendar. Hoy tengo 1 1/2 hr y es la misma historia.
Specialist take advantage of their patients... appt at 9:30 its 11 and still at lobby waiting to be called in.. when u walk in you feel like you are kidnapped and are never going to be allowed to go home... devastating
I love Dr Marranzini but wait times are ridiculous OVER 2hrs and then to deal with rudeness and attitude of Mayra..Check Out girl to top it off....is too much! She hasn't cracked a smile once since I have been a patient!!! Abrupt and rude...she must Not like her job. Am usually last patient of the day But seriously 😐 get better customer service attitude 🙄
