Muy buen doctor pero el tiempo de espera es de más de 3 horas muy pesado para pacientes de edad muy avanzada y cuando tienen alguna condición de demencia.
Every time I call I am placed on hold and they never come back to answer my call. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes at times. Also when I arrive early at my appointment they check me in at my appointment time, but then take very long to see me. I’ve waited over an hour in the waiting room, then they finally call me in, only to take my vitals and put me in a room to wait another hour or more! By time I’m done I’ve spent an average of 3 hrs at the doctors office!!
I have been calling nonstop and each time get put on hold. Then they ask for my DOB and act as if they cannot hear me and hang up . Wait times are horrendous even if you arrive 1 hour early you will be guaranteed to be waiting 2-3 hours. Dr.Marranzini was really good but staff is horrible and rude.
My time and health are important so I no longer see him. Wait times are 3 to 4 hours. He over books appointments and you are expected to show up at your scheduled appointment even though he will not see you till 3 hours later.
Dr. Marranzini's office has super long waiting times. Dr Marranzini requested for Dora to release a prior authorization since my last office visit and I am still waiting for my med as office has not released it. I've visited office personally and requested to speak to Rose supervisor without much success.
