Very disappointed. We took our 3 year old to dr Caldwell about two weeks ago where she was quick to diagnose 3 cavities. She insisted we not tell our daughter about the "drilling and filling" procedure. She also was very vague and didn't discuss anesthesia or her methods and procedures. We took our daughter to get a secondary opinion today where the dentist diagnosed her with 0 cavities. I do not recommend dr Caldwell.
