Dr White is amazing with kids and makes them feel very comfortable. He and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Both my boys have been to this office. Atmosphere is great! Would highly recommend!
Dr White and staff have been wonderful. It was a seamless transition from Dr VandeVanter, who has also been wonderful, to him. Dr White is a perfectionist. I thought my child was finally done with braces, but apparently her bite on one side was not quite perfect so he recommended extending treatment as it may cause problems later on. As a bonus to each appointment, his resident paw patrol, Brody, is there and a favourite with everyone.
I was surprised by the previous review by an adult patient. My experience has been quite different. Dr. White has always explained what he is doing and why. His assistants were kind and gentle. The only thing I have noticed is that when school gets out in the afternoon there is a little bit more of a rush. I just scheduled during quieter times to get top notch service.
Dr. White is nice, but not as helpful as I would have liked. He provided a quick hello, mouth check, order to the technician, and left. As an adult client, I want to know what is happening with my teeth and why. For this and other disappointing communication problems with the technicians, I would not recommend Ben White Orgodontics.
