I knew going into my surgical procedure there were multiple complex issues and it would be a long surgery. I had complete degeneration at L4/L5, with severe stenosis. It didn’t look like a minimally invasive procedure would work for me but Dr Salari was able to give me options. He would attack the surgery as if it was minimally invasive and if he didn’t think it would work, then shift gears to the larger surgery.
