We received the absolute BEST care! After being dismissed by two other surgeons, our concerns were finally validated and thoughtfully addressed. The combination of excellent bedside manner and outstanding medical treatment made all the difference. We are truly and forever grateful to Dr. Donovan!!!
Dr. Ben Donovan is an amazing doctor. But his staff is horrendous. I’ve been trying to reach them for the last two weeks. I talked to some guy who tells me that I’ll get the message through and I never hear back from them.
I would not recommend Dr Donovan to anyone or his group! It was a very unpleasant experience and up to this point their charging us $$$ for services that didn’t go well due to his staff sending referral to the hospital. They sent the wrong patient information! Sent a female patient for a circumcision Instead of my son! This is HIPAA violation. We have had 3 boys that had to be Circumcisied in early childhood and ended up having 3 different doctors. The first two were bad experiences; however our little guy that just had his done yesterday is doing amazing! Have been able to stay on top of his pain by alternating Tylenol and Motrin, hasn’t slowed our 2 year old down a bit. Thank you Dr. Donovan!
