Dr Lewis met me at the office on a weekend right before he was leaving to go out of state. He has been our family dentist for many yrs. & I have referred him many times & everyone has been very pleased. I highly recommend Dr Lewis
I do not like to leave bad reviews unless is really necessary. In my particular case, it took almost a year to fix a cavity. Every time I booked an appointment they canceled it the day before or the same day. I went four times to the clinic and they said the appointment was canceled. I have a five months baby, and it is almost an hour drive. Today, I told them this is the four time they canceled the appointment, and they asked me if I wanted to book a new one. Waited over an hour for him to see me and he did not even say hello or even talked to me but to he’s assistant. Still having toothache since he did my filling as well
Went to appointment, sat for a hour past appointment time. That wasn't so bad, what got to me was that because I've had a hip replacement there is a protocol to administer penciling to ward off any potential infection that could result around an artificial joint. THE NORMAL PRACTICE by any dentist I have ever been to, HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED the penicillin. This clown said, no. To go acquire such penicillin through my doctor?! A doctor who really looks after his patients and their health. He is very through and honest.
This man traumatized me and withheld pain medication because it was considered too much of a bureauratic pain for him. He also mocked my disability and disclosed he was a former member of the Church of Scientology, a cult which does not believe in providing proper medical care and blames patients for their illnesses. You do not want to be treaed by a man who belonged to a cult that doesn't believe in medicine. You do not want to be belittled and humiliated by this man.
Long waiting time
Waiting time is ridiculous
I regret not leaving sooner than I did. On my first visit there was an extremely rude dental assistant tended to me while I got x-rays of my teeth. She complained to another associate right in front of me that i was being a difficult patient and i had to remind her that she was jamming a bite wing into my gums and that i was in pain, she showed no sympathy and didn't initiate appropriate behavior until Dr. Lewis was in the office.
