Dr Leff took hus time in seeing me which was much appreciated. However he told me ALL of my issues were related to me being fat, numerous times, infront of my son. I went in scared and didn't even realized the depth of his words and actions until later. I wanted to love him but he did the typical male doctor gaslighting behavior to a middleaged, overweight woman. Yes I am overweight and I own that completely. Even though he didnt remember me, I met dr leff 16 years ago. When my thyroid developed questionable nodules I didnt want to see anyone but him. Dr took his time and explained everything. Was very thorough with his exam and still has the best bedside manner.
Only one star becouse just regarding the front desk. This 1 star nothing to do with the doctor .DR.Ben is a great excellent doctor I’m happy to say I give for Dr. Ben 10 stars but for front desk 1 star. Front desk is unacceptable. I made appointment a month ago and I call back to see if my appointment still ok they told me I don’t have any appointments.
Highly recommend! Dr Leff provides everything you would expect in ENT care. The wait time is worth it. With healthcare failing, it is hard to find a doctor that is able to provide good compassionate care while somehow keeping up with insurance demands. So I have to say, although Dr Leff provides everything you would expect, it's actually quite difficult to find a doctor that does what you'd expect and truly cares about what they do. Dr. Leff is direct and detail oriented. He did an amazing job on my thyroid surgery and follow up care.
