Not alot of empathy and did not like my daughtet asking questions about my PET scan results. Showed signs of arrogance and heirachy. Rushed appointments, down played our concerns
Very disappointed with front desk and dr.Ben communicating with GP.
Dr Carnley is very attentative and he has a lovely bedside manner, however, his main receptionist is another story. She was rude, abrupt, unprofessional and lacked any kind of empathy. Follow up appointments got worse with any encounters involving her and unfortunately, my mum is now refusing any further treatment due to the way she was treated by her.
Dr Carnley is very professional, thorough and takes time to explain things when you ask. I feel very comfortable with his competency.
A very approachable, highly experienced clinician who engenders trust and confidence. Over many consultations over six years I have found him not only highly professional but also most empathetic.
