I scheduled an appointment under the impression that Dr.Bella was still working at this location. Dr.Bella hasn’t been practicing here since 2019! She should probably be removed from the listing. As people will book appointments based on reviews about her! There was only 1 dentist, Michael. One word, rude! I came in for a cleaning. Best dental office I've ever been to. I love their cleanliness! Soft touch dental really care about their patients happiness and well being and strive to give the best experience possible. Doctor took her time and explained everything step by step, never felt pressured for anything! Great service that goes above and beyond expectations. Thank you to the wonderful staff, especially doc's assistant she made me feel comfortable & was very sweet! Thank you Dr Bella!!
Dr. Bella Normatov and her team run a lovely dental practice. Always get a warm welcome and first-class service and I would highly recommend everyone to go.
As a new patient I was very pleased with my first visit! I loved how everyone was nice & friendly as soon as I walked in. I got the help that I needed right away & felt welcomed. The doctor took her time explaining & getting me to understand the treatment that I needed. I was also satisfied with my payment plan that was setup for me, it was convenient. I'm definitely recommending my friends & family to Soft touch dental care ☺️
Dr. Normatov has a great office and is a knowledgeable dentist. Had a cleaning there from her dental assistant who was very nice and took the time to explain lots of things, like over-brushing and the effect on your gums. Would recommend...
