I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this doctor's office. During my exam, I was physically hurt, and not only did the provider fail to acknowledge it, but there was no apology or concern shown afterward. It was extremely upsetting and made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed as a patient. To make matters worse, after paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for the appointment and lab work, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $75 just to receive and discuss my test results. She provided excellent recommendations, arranged the necessary tests, and the treatment led to positive results. I’ve called 15 times today & no answer whatsoever. I am trying to make appointment to actually be seen but it’s impossible with the calls not being answered or being sent to voicemail.
