Came here for the first time to get my newer BMW serviced as a light came on, and David was an awesome help - they quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and were great with the service overall. Will definitely be coming back.
Great people and are professionals
This shop gave us immediate and quick diagnostic service at no charge as a courtesy! I will love to do business with them in the future. Passenger airbag was turned off and we could not turn it on. Technician figured out it was a foam pad my wife had placed on the seat.
Dane and his team are great and went above and beyond to help me identify the issue with my Audi! I took it to the dealership and had them work on the issue previously, but it still wasn't resolved, so I tried Dr. Beemer. Dane and his team took the time to talk through their recommendations for the fix (and even researched it for us!), and Dane suggested that we take it back to the dealership since the dealership's prior work should have been warranted (and Dane was right!).
